Mr. Shashi and the program are really useful. Though we learn through the web, no data or info was missed and everything is on point. Ms.rose is readily available for any question and was able to discuss the topic thoroughly. The service team is always available for any inquiry and very accommodating to any questions.

The Trainer always encourages participation, and ensures that participants understood the discussion. This is a program for aspiring individuals who wish to contribute in process improvement for their company, by applying the methodologies and strategies derived from the lean six sigma principles. My counsellor has been very helpful in my journey to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. She assisted me all the way, and was very patient and understanding in addressing all my concerns. The program provided a great experience to the learners. Although the majority of the sessions were done thru LMS and recorded virtual training, yet it was very comprehensive, insightful, and explained thoroughly for easy understanding. Kudos to Ms. Ayisha for a proactive, engaging, and practical session. It allowed me to participate in the training even though it was recorded. I am grateful to Shaza for actively accommodating all my queries and being with me on my yellow belt journey. I had an amazing experience during training. I learned a lot of new concepts and ideas that I can utilize in handling my team and aid in improving the processes that we have in place.
