I was enrolled on web based training only then they informed me that I can join the virtual class. Grateful for that! I really admire Mr. Shashi's way of teaching. His format (arrangement of topics) of teaching made it easier for me to understand LSSGB, he is very patient also. Actually, watching Mr. Shashi's training is enough for me to pass the exam because he almost covered the necessary topics in the actual. Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily.
