The is flexible and it allows me to easily fit the training on my daily schedule and changes in work demand. The trainer is very knowledgeable and provides practical application of the topics discussed. The presentation is very simple and easy to understand. The program is highly recommended. Ms. Zeba is very accommodating and responds quickly to all my inquiries despite the time zone difference. She makes sure that all the support needed to finish the program is provided.

I believe that a wide range of subjects was well addressed during the training. The harmony of the theoretical and practical approaches was appealing. The Program is Designed to help working Professionals an extra edge in their careers and to help their decision makings a different perspective of lean concepts and a Sigma level of confidence. The Trainer, Mr. Shashi Prakash is a Master and the subject knowledge is exceptional. His way of explaining the concepts with real world scenarios and his vast practical experience from his own projects helps us grasp the Program much easier. My counsellor Ms. Surbhi was awesomely supportive in all the stages of the program and her warmth of welcome and follow ups during the entire course completion makes IMC worth advisable. The Support Team as well played their part in the successful completion of Green Belt and Black Belt Certifications.

The trainer was excellent. but the material provided for the course was very not sufficient/ enough to understand the yellow belt as a beginner. I had to look for more material in other resources.
