Program and Trainer are awesome Ms. Surbhi is very cooperative and helps thanks to her. The Service Team is great and very fast in responding to any queries.

Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

The program for LSSYB is comprehensive and informative. It provided me the basic information to proceed to the next step. The trainers are excellent in their field and well verse with the topics presented. It helps me learned a lot and provided me a clearer picture of methodologies and ways to go around the project I’m currently involve in. Highly recommended. Ms. Rose is very helpful and is true to her words when she said that she can help at anytime with my inquiries about the program and materials for the course. Very professional

Mr. Shashi was very knowledgeable and clear when discussing the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. It was a great opportunity to learn from the best. Thank you for the knowledge you have given me. Thank you for a great course and it was structured very well. Remarkable presentation with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real-life examples which all made for a really enjoyable and informative course. Rohit Virmani is a perfectly engaging presenter, very easy to listen to and the course was just the right mix of theory and practical demonstration. Mr. Kumar has explained each topic really well. He has explained it in the simplest way possible. He is very patient in answering questions and is not hesitant to discuss things again to ensure that everyone understands every topic. You see, thanking HANISHA is an understatement. From enrollment process to attending class and queries in between she has been all out in assisting me. Not to mention, she always checks in and asks how my study and preparation is going, a couple of motivation and encouragement. You should give her a bonus for being such a good employee and a partner to your institution. I am planning to take PMP class soon and I would still love to have Hanisha assist me again. Really, she made my Green Belt certification extra fun and enjoyable. Kudos to her!!!!!!!
