The program is very well suited during these challenging times where physical classroom training is not encouraged due to the dangers the pandemic (Covid-19) poses. Customer support was excellent and very professional. The training is systematically designed in such a way that Green Belts will gain the learning intended from the course. And the trainer was really very knowledgeable and well experienced yet he is able to share the knowledge within our level of understanding and comprehension.

The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. It’s nice to note that although the overall module was advanced in level, Ms. Jakther, our instructor, made it easy for us to process and digest with her clear discussions, and by providing real-life scenarios relevant to the discussion and related to our respective fields. With Ms. Jakther’s background, credentials, and dedication as a trainer, she is the perfect instructor for this course. Classes are really effective. Trainers are really coaching well on the concepts and ensuring to clear doubts relating to respective Industry scenarios. Really keeping an eye on monitoring the classes and ensuring that all study materials are available on time. Really helpful in guiding and achieving the certification part.

Mr Shashi is very detailed and never leaves a topic until everyone in the class understands the topic. Im truly impressed by his expertise on the lessons. I also genuinely enjoyed each class as he relates the ideas in the simplest examples to which we can relate and understand. The LSSGB program is really informative and useful for all kinds of industries. Rose has been the best support I can ever ask for. From enrollment up to the day I passes the exam. She's readily available to answer all my queries despite the difference in our time zones.
