I must say the course content and delivery method is excellent. Trainer Mr. Shahsi Sir is awesome and he describes every topic very thoroughly. The program was excellent and was explained in a simple way, The Trainer is really great. Surbhi is an amazing person, she is marvellous, fabulous, and fantastic. I am much lucky to have her as my counsellor. The Service Team was available 24 hours answering each and every time politely.

The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!

I have 2 trainers and both are really knowledgeable with Lean Six Sigma. I learned so many things from them that I can use in my profession. I am so grateful to them.
