It was an excellent training session which has given greater learning in a short time. Ms. Akter has given excellent sessions with simple examples and it made us understand the concepts more easily. My counsellor was good. The service team of IMC is excellent and immediately available for any assistance. All the members of the team Ms. Frixie, Ms. Zainab.. are very swift in response and take extra steps to support. Will definitely recommend IMC to the known and will join for more courses in future. The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

A well-diversed and eloquent trainer that spares no effort in making sure the material is well-understood by the attendees. The program covered all aspects of the LSSGB in a smooth and interactive way. The counsellor took his time to explain how Lean Six Sigma course material can help in daily activities in my current work capacity, which is highly appreciated.
