A wonderful teacher par excellence and the support from the team to coordinate and prepare for the exam is commendable as well. Ms. Surbhi Tiwari. Through every step, she has guided me correctly. Such a lot of patience she had with me and a great motivator whenever I felt I could not do it. The Service team was very supportive in reminding us of the classes before hand and also in sharing the required notes in the group. Also, whenever required the team has privately supported all queries.

The program was very helpful in terms of ideologies in my work and our trainer Ms. Akther was very kind and helpful. She provides us with very good examples of how can we apply six sigma in our work. Very good service team.

I can see real improvement of some factors attributed to my learning and additional professional skills acquired with IMC Learning program. I Really appreciate the support given by Michelle that I have come on leaps and bounds throughout the way in every course I have completed. When I planned to take Six Sigma certification, I had a hard time choosing which school to apply for. I read a lot about online courses but a bit hesitant if it was worth it. When I inquired in IMC and talked to Ayisha, she helped me with the right program and timing to fit my work schedule. I liked how she understands my needs as a beginner student of LSSGB. I joined the virtual sessions aside from the self-study and the coach/instructor Sashi Prakash is really good.

The training covered the concepts well but require more in-depth knowledge and sessions for practice and working on some life problems rather than doing just from course material doing them mechanically in Minitab taking sample data and not explaining which data is used for what and why such data is pre-populated.

My overall experience with the training is awesome. Glad I had the chance to learn the material at my pace and classroom as well. Looking forward to use my knowledge in our organization or personal life. Trainer PC was really patient all the time. He always make sure that we get the knowledge that we needed. With a sincere heart, I would like to say thank you to Ms. Rose for her guidance all the way. She always check my progress and recommend solutions if I'm having trouble. Once again, thank you Ms. Rose for your words of wisdom and helping me navigate towards a successful training.
