Overall a very detailed and through program which helps me to get the basics of Lean & six sigma methodologies will surely help me in my professional career. The Counsellor and the Service Team were very helpful throughout the process.

I liked the system outlined and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques. Ms. Akther provides a clear view of what is Lean Six Sigma all about which can be of great value when applied to work and daily life and was knowledgeable about Lean Six Sigma. The course was presented in an enthusiastic way. The content can be related to different type of industry. Leaves you with a real life sample from the facilitator's experience in doing a Black Belt Project, Onset consultation and mentoring helps a lot. My Counsellor is very accommodating and approachable, She has the passion in helping the candidate to be more motivated. Given that, I am looking forward to take my next course!

The delivery of the subject matter was exceptional by Mr. Shashi. It gave me a deeper and in-depth understanding about Lean Six Sigma and it’s applicability in our profession. All sessions were very much interactive and wrathful. The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.
