The trainer (Mr. Shashi Prakash) is well versed in the art of Six Sigma and has extensive knowledge of what is the requirement of the current market. I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction . I am thankful for the trainers for always doing their best to deliver the lessons and giving situations for us to understand the lessons more. The program is very educational and informative especially for me as a working in the Production and operations department of my company. Special thanks to the trainer Dr. Mohammad, who is very knowledgeable of lean six sigma classes and topics. He gives examples that were easy to understand for someone like me who is first learning the importance of Lean six sigma. Mr. Pankaj discussed the entire program clearly and was easy to understand. The real world application of the samples made the discussion much more interesting and easier to understand and appreciate no matter the industry you come from.
