Dr. Mohamed Saeid (KFA) is the best trainer in the six sigma courses, due to his distinguished and simplified style. This course helped me in qualifying as a team leader and the important skills for supervision and work to measure and analyse the problems and find root causes.

The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. Very useful course. The trainer is good one. Trainer is enthusiastic to teach and draw explanations on slides. She allows time for discussions and easily clarifies all the points. All counsellors in IMC are amazing. They are available 24/7 and they are really sincere in helping and guiding. They are actually the reason for which I subscribed with IMC.

The program is designed in such a streamlined structure which makes it easy and relatable for beginners who are new to the six sigma journey. Mr Shashi explained the concepts in relation to real business problems and case studies. I am happy to take this decision with IMC and Mr Shashi for my skill development.
