The program provides the overview and significant topics regarding Lean Six Sigma. The trainer is very professional, informative and diligently answered students' questions. Rose Ann is very accommodating and helpful. She answered my queries promptly. Frixie is responsive and provides significant information.

I like the flexibility of the training program, it fits me well; and the uniqueness in teaching approach in each class makes IMC stand out of the competition. I attended two batches and I highly recommend that students to do the same. My first class was with sir Sashi, and I so love his passion for statistics and his whiteboard approach in teaching, very effective! My second class was with sir Debashish and his practical approach and classic training style complement the skills I gained from my first class. These two Masters are a perfect combo! To Rose Ann de Luna, she’s a pro! She addresses my concerns promptly and professionally. I know I am kinda annoying and demanding sometimes but Rose did manage my needs well. Mr. Shashi Prakash was the best trainer. His way of teaching is very simple and out of words to explain. He's very communicative and takes enough time to describe even subsidiaries. Thanks to Mr. Shashi Prakash. This is my first experience and seems perfect.

Although the program is good and informative and also the trainer explained well ensuring we understand the course with the available time. It is better if the schedule is planned with enough time so the trainer doesn't rush in completing the course within the stipulated time frame. Coordination between trainer and arranging the schedules or class is good with efficient communication.

Rose is very helpful in addressing all my questions and concerns and she has been consistently prompt in her responses while maintaining a very friendly interaction.
