This is the best online course I have taken on courses. The trainer I appreciate the effort to script each lecture. The course is very to the point and has a good structure and concise. I would like to continue to next course.

The program tried its best to become as comprehensive as possible amidst the challenge of doing it virtually due to the constraints of this pandemic. I like how PC is handling his classes. I am actually being pressured to listen and understand his lessons because he is always asking for participation, which is good since it made me focus. I hope we can forward all the lessons before the classroom training. I had a new counsellor and so far he is very quick to respond to my emails which I think is very efficient.

All relevant information has been highlighted by the trainer ensuring the learners understands the topics. The theoretical approach of six sigma were covered in detail giving as well a balance on the hands-on approach on how the principles will be applied in our respective fields. Rose has been very helpful and answers promptly even on holidays and weekends. The tools and materials were given on time which makes the training hassle-free.
