A very good & knowledgeable Program was initiated by IMC and Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his valuable knowledge with us. During this six sigma black belt Master class, I have learned a lot about business related problem solving methods with specified analysis statically. The trainer was great and knows what he is doing. His experience is very good. Would just be better if it's a face-to-face class. Arfa is really great and accommodating. While doing this course, I had lots of things happening both in my personal life and work, and the extensions and accommodations are top-notch! The Service Team is always approachable and accommodating.

The program is very comprehensive and structured. The Trainer is very good at clarifying our questions to all of us and he has been so kind and patient to his students, aside from being an expert, he has been humbly and patiently answering all our questions.
