PMP virtual classes were clear, structured, very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step, very easy to understand. Support experience for the PMP training was great. Vaibhav who always made himself available whenever we need him. Promptly answered all our questions, made himself available even on his "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all the help. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

I struggled somehow due to the language barrier, as the Indian facilitator paid a little more attention to their local attendees.
