Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. I never in my wildest dream thought I will be certified but now thanks to IMC. I'm a proud certified lean six sigma Master Black Belt truly its a priceless experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life . I'm very much happy for this learning experience I'm glad I invested this for my future.
