It was a great experience with Ms. Sampada she helped me in various stages of the programme in a short period of time and reminded me about the ongoing classes as well as the exam dates properly. If there is any problem regarding with service section she is willing to help at any time and is directly connected with the service team. I am happy with the way the service team provided the programme. I am satisfied with the service manager and counsellor especially, Shashi Prakash class was excellent The way he presented the whole programme was fabulous.

The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Mr. Shashi and Mr. Debasish they have been the best trainer. They have been the best in knowledge sharing. Thank you so much for providing the best training. When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support. Since I started and completed the LSSGB under IMC, it didn’t stop me to continue the learnings and move forward. IMC offers extensive trainings that suit your needs. They don’t leave their trainees behind and entertain all our queries and questions. With the help of IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash I successfully completed the LSSBB (Black Belt) course that I can apply to my current role in manufacturing industry. Mr. Pankaj discussed the entire program clearly and was easy to understand. The real world application of the samples made the discussion much more interesting and easier to understand and appreciate no matter the industry you come from. The service team is very approachable and has a sense of urgency. They explained the flow of the program very well.
