The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The counselors Shaza, and Vaibhav were always there when i need them. Answered all my questions, made themselves available even on their "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all their help. It is a good program and Mr. Shashi Prakash, lecture delivery style is so very nice and also he is very supporting Ms. Aylia is a very supportive person, she supports me at every step, very thanks to you IMC Service Team works very well, they upload lectures and videos on time, and if I any have queries they respond quickly.

Highly recommended the IMC program for related careers. The program is very effective and helpful. The trainer made the class comfortable and interactive. Pankaj Chauhan is very articulate and provides examples for better understanding. Zainab and Michelle are very approachable and accommodating. They are very responsive to all queries.

Provide more practice or hands on for the analysis tools; All reference materials are helpful and able to shed some light on the topics that are difficult during the recorded discussions. The course was really informative and fascinating. I think a lot of us will comment on how useful it was. Mr. Sashi conveys the information with knowledge and sincerity. We were able to put Lean Six Sigma Green Belt into perspective with the aid of the resources that were supplied.
