The program covers all the aspects and is very useful in the practicle life, the trainer is very professional and has an excellent skill to transfer the knowdege. Michelle and Zeba are excellent.

She can encourage and instil hope in the client. She was very supportive throughout my training session. The service team was good and impulsive.
