Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable in LSS & his approach to imparting knowledge is helpful in grasping the imparted information, He answers every question almost immediately & patiently. Ms. Surbhi was very helpful throughout, she is very patient and reverts almost immediately to any queries.

The program was well-structured and provided a comprehensive understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts. Mr. Debasish Mukherjee was very skilled and experienced. Materials were easy to understand and interactive sessions and group exercises helped in better understanding the concepts. The program is informative and insightful. I can proudly say that I can use it today and in the future. The trainer was very hands-on. He’s very interactive with the class and make sure everyone was participating. The counsellor is nice. Everyone is nice. Being enrolled in this program was an overall great experience. Trainer displayed admirable knowledge on Lean Six Sigma, and conducted structured and effective trainings. Materials and topic references were also shared with the class, which helped me prep for the exam with ease. IMC's counselor is very responsive to my queries, and gave me email instructions promptly.
