The program provides the overview and significant topics regarding Lean Six Sigma. The trainer is very professional, informative and diligently answered students' questions. Rose Ann is very accommodating and helpful. She answered my queries promptly. Frixie is responsive and provides significant information.

I appreciated how the instructor surveyed the class before to get a sense of what we all wanted to take away from the course. Although the course was interesting and informative but believe you mean that the exam was not very easy to clear. But the teaching method of the trainer and the understanding method of the trainee can make the result successful.
