He explained the concept very well, always gave clarity for every sample and was very approachable with any question. The Service Team is very approachable for any questions and concerns.

The program has extensively covered the syllabus as per Industry Standards. Trainer Mr. Shashi explained it in a very simple manner and was easy to understand. Vanshika has been very helpful throughout the journey. She responds to every query immediately. The service team is Very responsive.

Mr. Pankaj was really a fantastic trainer. His approaches to clear individual’s doubt is amazing. Sampadha was extremely co-operative always. The online course of Six Sigma Green Belt facilitated by IMC Institute was a great foundation and avenue for learning Six Sigma Green Belt. The program immensely demonstrate the critical area for improvements in management. It elaborates different scenarios and gives a complete dissection of the lessons being taught. Overall, the program exhibits a great and functional teaching environment with high standard on management and analysis. I experienced 2 counselors. First, I had V as my counselor. He is so responsive and does a great job in assisting me in my inquiries and problems. The next one is Sofia. she assists me with everything i needed. On top of that, she coordinated some personnel to help answering with my questions. Overall, I am satisfied with my counselors.

Mr. Pankaj, delivered the knowledge in the best way possible and made the course interesting. Never felt bored because of his practical and realistic example based study approach. Ms. Zeba, always stood by the side for all the support and felt quite motivated to take the exam because of her positive attitude and response.
