His replies to all of our questions is purely related to the ones department who is questioned with different domain skill sets. The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The counselors Shaza, and Vaibhav were always there when i need them. Answered all my questions, made themselves available even on their "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all their help. Can't thank you enough.

Previously I was not in favour of online classes as I thought that in online sessions interaction between the trainer and class is much less. But after attending this session my thoughts changed about online classes. The Class sessions were very interactive and helpful. Training material with industrial practical problem examples helped me to understand. Trainer's presentation style with a lot of opportunities to ask questions made these sessions really attractive. My counsellor Miss. Zeba helped me a lot from starting my journey to Six sigma course through proper guidance. When it comes to coordination and motivation she is the best.

The program covers all the aspects and is very useful in practical life, the trainer is very professional and has an excellent skill to transfer the knowledge. Michelle and Zeba are excellent.

Mr. Shashi and the program are really useful. Though we learn through the web, no data or info was missed and everything is on point. Ms. Rose is readily available for any question and was able to discuss the topic thoroughly. The service team is always available for any inquiry and very accommodating to any questions.

The program is very detailed. I was able to go through it and learn for myself. Customer support is great and very supportive. The training was a full Self-learning as I did not enroll in the Online course. But the modules I had and the access to the site given to me was more than helpful for me to learn. I believe the trainers were great at doing their job. I can recommend it to my colleagues.
