The program offered to me by the institute was great. It gave me a deeper understanding of what and how Lean Six sigma works in my field of study and even in other sectors. The program gave us each micro and macro details about this quality tool. The trainer is equipped and skilled to impart all his expertise to the class. Kudos! Video recordings materials provided really helped put conflict resolution and good communication skills into perspective for me. Surbhi Tiwari is someone who can use compassion, empathy, respect and authenticity to form a genuine, trusting relationship with client.Really appreciated how she encourage me to do exam and enroll the course.

Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!
