The trainers are excellent in their field and well verse with the topics presented. I like the flexibility of the training program, it fits me well; and the uniqueness in teaching approach in each class makes IMC stand out of the competition. I attended two batches and I highly recommend that students to do the same. My first class was with sir Sashi, and I so love his passion for statistics and his whiteboard approach in teaching, very effective! My second class was with sir Debashish and his practical approach and classic training style complement the skills I gained from my first class. These two Masters are a perfect combo! To Rose Ann de Luna, she’s a pro! She addresses my concerns promptly and professionally. I know I am kinda annoying and demanding sometimes but Rose did manage my needs well. The course subject is completely impressive, very detailed, understandable and explained clearly because the Trainor was incredibly knowledgeable and articulate. Overall I enjoyed it and I liked that everything was straight forward and the flexibility of this course, it worked well with busy scheduling, and the expectations were clear and upfront.I intend on taking more courses at IMC in the near future. The LSSBB program is adequately designed for professionals. Mr. Shashi Prakash has outstanding skills in LSS delivery. He has eased the complex calculations in simple steps which eases understanding at all levels. The response to inquiries was excellent. It will surely enhance my skills to excel in my career. Counsellor Aliya remained completely in touch throughout the whole process and is supportive. The service Team provided the Zoom links timely and ensured foolproof connectivity during the lectures.
