This is one the best training course I have taken. It will help me improve my career as well the organization I am connected with. It will help our organization improve its processes and procedures. The overall program was very good and in all the training sessions. The trainer explained each concept with practical examples. One of the good Counsellors I would say, she made a quick response to my queries and was a good human being. The Service Team is good.
