This was really a great opportunity and experience. The course content was very precise and covered everything in details. The trainer was excellent with great communication skills and was really prompt in clearing all the doubts and confusions. Special thanks for Mr. Shashi. Rose provided excellent service. All responses were prompt and professional. In addition, she was friendly and supportive.

Perhaps the best training course I have ever attended. Mr. Shashi teaches in a very effective manner and his ability to explain complex concepts is amazing. He made a very complex subject look very easy. Noor has been very helpful ever since she signed me up for IMC. She is very sincere in her dealing and I am very grateful for her assistance throughout the session. Service providers were always at our beck and call and made sure that all meeting links, lectures, documents etc were readily available. They were spot on in fulfilling their duties.

The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Minor disruption was noted during the course of the virtual training (background noises from the Trainer) Shaza was very accommodating on all our concerns and assisted us despite no office. :)

I Thank the trainer for a great course. His presentation style is great with lots of opportunities to ask questions. He used the appropriate word to explain the concepts clearly. I appreciate Michelle for always listening to my questions and making me feel comfortable even though it was my first time doing a certification. The training was very good and topics were explained in a very lucid manner. Methodology adopted by trainer - whatsapp group, LinkedIn posted questions to understand if the topic has been understood or not was very nice.
