The instructor explains thoroughly. Lectures are easy to understand. She exemplifies mastery of the lectures. Notes are also easy to understand. Counsellor: Very helpful, responsive and approachable.

The program is really helpful and informative. It gave me tips on how the examination will look like and at the same time provided me tips on how to answer questions from the exam. Counsellor was really helpful everytime I have questions and even extended help for when I have clarifications.

IMC Team is the best in terms of Knowledge, Sessions and Business Example. The best thing is the Q&A during Sessions with diverse Students. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. It is definitely a very fruitful journey - one that is beyond what I expected before I took this course with IMC. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

The valuable time and effort given during the training session by Mr Shashi Prakash was helping me to deepen my understanding and be conclusive that I will follow the learning until become a certified black belt. I want to assure my trainer that my field of construction engineering will positively change because of my knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma. Michelle was a great counsellor throughout my training period, giving her time to make sure I keep on track and stay informed all the time. I appreciate such industrious personality with high level of professionalism. The IMC service team remains a top-notch in the provision of quality service to the customer/trainees.
