Very enriching and knowledge enhancing program. Special thanks to our trainer Mr. Debasish Mukherjee for clearly imparting his knowledge on the concepts of Lean Six Sigma in a simplified and easy to understand manner. The content was organized in a very methodical way, and focused on all the important concepts of Lean Six Sigma. The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! The program was very rich in information and actionable inputs that can automatically be implemented and interfaced with my current work deliverables. It was supplemented by a very passionate trainer that was able to convey the message well in order for us to understand the material better. The counselor assigned to us was very understanding of our queries and situation especially during this pandemic.

I believe that a wide range of subjects was well addressed during the training. The harmony of the theoretical and practical approaches was appealing. I had the impression that my counselor genuinely cared about how I was feeling. She never failed to provide me with fresh tools and workouts. She assisted me in changing the way I perceived what I was going through and in developing greater emotional and response control. The course was really informative and fascinating. The program provided a great experience to the learners. Although the majority of the sessions were done thru LMS and recorded virtual training, yet it was very comprehensive, insightful, and explained thoroughly for easy understanding. Kudos to Ms. Ayisha for a proactive, engaging, and practical session. It allowed me to participate in the training even though it was recorded. I am grateful to Shaza for actively accommodating all my queries and being with me on my yellow belt journey. Indeed, she's an extra miler, ensuring all my queries even it was weekend or late night due to time difference.
