The topics per session were very well explained by Professor Sashi. All questions asked by the trainees were thoroughly answered. The program was very engaging and informative. It proved extremely relevant to my current designation as an Asst. Operations Manager. I'm looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge that I've gained in this program. Ms. Rose is always willing to assist and very proactive. All of my inquiries and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. The Service team provides all the necessary information for the trainees. They responded to the trainees' needs in a timely manner.

It was a pleasure to be mentored by Mr. Shashi, as he provided me with a good rapport as well as his expertise about the LSS program, along with a set of training modules that were very easy to understand. A special thank you also goes out to my counsellor for their prompt and exemplary responses to all inquiries that clarified my doubts about the course and were so kind. Sashi sir is amazing, the way he teaches in a such a practical manner is really worth applauding. I had all the help whenever required, and faced no difficulty. Vanshika did a great help and solved every query in no time.

The program was very useful and relevant not only in aiding my professional competency/career but also to my personal outlook in life. The trainer was very accommodating, has indeed a subject matter expert with regards to her presentation and training materials, detailed oriented that makes every attendee understood.
