Mr. lislal trained us on all the concepts of PMP which were like an eye opener for me as to how we need to take a project and look into it... The training program was awesome. Ms. Sampada and Mr. Suryansh organized and coordinated with me often and made me feel comfortable and confident in taking up this course. Many thanks to both of you. Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

Mr. Pankaj's experiences as a subject matter expert of the course are truly traced by his insights to the given practical examples as set by the learners. The methodology is a great learning experience. Ms. Rose's assistance is commendable ensuring that all requests are being attended thoroughly and timely.

The program is very informative through the detailed discussion of Mr. Sashi. I was able to have a clearer idea of lean six sigma backed up with examples which I can use in my future projects. He is very knowledgeable of the topics and enthusiastic about what he is discussing. He also entertains all questions from the class. The Service Team is very assistive in all of my concerns especially when I lose my access to this account before. Immediate assistance was provided to me.

I'm fortunate enough that I enrolled for this course with IMC, from day one the discussion were crystal clear and all the questions were answered to ensure that we get a better clarity before enrollment. Faculty trainer is fabulous person and has complete knowledge about the subject and ensures that each individual gets an equal opportunity to participate and understand the subject, he makes the environment so interesting with his expertise that you feel like keep gaining the knowledge from him. How can I miss talking about Hanisha who helped me through out the process in enrolling to this course. The way she explained the course content and provided all the information that gave me the confidence to enroll for this course. Initially I never wanted to follow the 6 Sigma Green Belt, training but due to constant call from the sales staff i finally acceded, later on i followed the training under one instructor which i was not satisfied, I wanted to drop off from the course, it was Michelle who really encouraged and motivated me to do the training again offering me a free slot with Shashi, the instructor is excellent and he is one of the best i have ever experienced, Michelle was very help full whenever a text message is sent she was very quick to response and provide a very positive answer, because of the people of this caliber I have recommended the institute so many friends and looking forward to study more with your institute, I request the management to make a note of the two good assets your company posses Shashi and Michelle I wish IMC institute all the very best!
