Initially I never wanted to follow the 6 Sigma Green Belt, training but due to constant call from the sales staff i finally acceded, later on i followed the training under one instructor which i was not satisfied, I wanted to drop off from the course, it was Michelle who really encouraged and motivated me to do the training again offering me a free slot with Shashi, the instructor is excellent and he is one of the best i have ever experienced, Michelle was very help full whenever a text message is sent she was very quick to response and provide a very positive answer, because of the people of this caliber I have recommended the institute so many friends and looking forward to study more with your institute, I request the management to make a note of the two good assets your company posses Shashi and Michelle I wish IMC institute all the very best!

I struggled somehow due to the language barrier, as the Indian facilitator paid a little more attention to their local attendees. Gladly, I was shared other recordings and further materials which I was able to maximize. Thank you for the consideration, IMC! The program is very flexible as it suits the trainee(s) dynamic schedules. Learning at your own pace is key in this development. While IMC provides the tools, learning, it will be up for the trainee(s) how they will be able to grab on this opportunity and use it according to their needs depending on applicability. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before.
