Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash.
