I'm fortunate enough that I enrolled for this course with IMC, from day one the discussion were crystal clear and all the questions were answered to ensure that we get a better clarity before enrollment. Faculty trainer is fabulous person and has complete knowledge about the subject and ensures that each individual gets an equal opportunity to participate and understand the subject, he makes the environment so interesting with his expertise that you feel like keep gaining the knowledge from him. How can I miss talking about Hanisha who helped me through out the process in enrolling to this course. The way she explained the course content and provided all the information that gave me the confidence to enroll for this course. Special thanks to her for being there to help in solving the queries irrespective of the time tried reaching her out, she is just a message away and respond to the queries with solution.

I am highly thankful to the IMC for arranging such a great Trainer Mr. Shashi. I love him. I will always love to attend his class even after getting a Master belt certification. I hope IMC will always allow me to attend his class. Mr. Shahshi has not only command of the subject but also possesses excellent communication skills to transfer knowledge. I love him from the core of my heart. As far Counsellor is concerned, Miss Zeba was my counsellor. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. This is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enroll for the Master Black belt and TQM training in advance when I had yet to complete the Black Belt certification. She knows the art of convincing professionals to enroll in the IMC courses. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

The program is easy to understand and very useful in real-life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.

The program is really well tailored for the enthusiasts who want to enhance their skill sets in today's technology. Counsellor Ayesha did a great job in providing the required study materials and recordings on time, she provided with were very helpful in preparing for the assessment, she continuously followed up with me for the best time I can invest for the study, according she arranged class invites

Although the program is good and informative and also the trainer explained well ensuring we understand the course with the available time. It is better if the schedule is planned with enough time so the trainer doesn't rush in completing the course within the stipulated time frame. Coordination between trainer and arranging the schedules or class is good with efficient communication.

The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification. She is accessible and made herself available to answer my queries and concerns even though I took the program in December. Her guidance is an important aspect in my successful GB certification.
