Mr. Sashi Parkash did an exceptional job in presenting the material. He set up by explaining what he was going to teach us, summarized, and proceeded to teach, providing relevant real life examples. He found out what we handled and catered examples to us to make the Six Sigma Green Belt course meaningful. I appreciate Amina Sana ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. Your active listening skills and empathetic approach made me feel truly heard and validated. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided to me. Mr. Kumar and Mr. Sashi are concise and well-versed in the subject matter. Learning tools are also very good. I have not only gained knowledge but a position in my organization because of the program. The trainer possesses the great quality of making students understand each and every concept in a very easy manner. Rose was a very supportive counsellor. Highly recommended! Answer all questions.
