The program has been really helpful and very detailed to cover Lean Six Sigma concepts. I appreciate Shashi for detailing it so well with practical examples, that had not just helped in understanding complex concepts while training but also replicable in real business problems. Surbhi has been extensively helpful to address any issues and concerns during the course. She has been prompt to respond on messages throughout the journey, which made the learning journey with IMC even more convenient. Michelle has been helpful so far to connect and liase with any issues.

The program is detailed about the topic that is tackled under the course. The trainers are conveying their information and explanations based from their own personal experiences making it relatable and having clear idea on how the knowledge is implemented on the industry. Rose is very welcoming and accommodating with every query I have, especially about the course itself. Her assistance throughout the course is very much appreciated. The program really helps me in achieving my long time dream of becoming a certified lean six sigma black belt. I thought it was impossible for me to get certified but thanks to IMC the promise to my friend Brant Gerald Ramos was now full-field. Now it was a reality thanks to the trainers who really shares there knowledge and experience . I am very much happy for this learning experience I'm glad I invested this for my future.

It is an excellent program which teaches the day to day problem identifications in projects and shows ways to solve those problems. The Trainer is so good in giving out the information to the students, and methodology he makes you understand perfectly. Michelle is an excellent facilitator helping whenever needed.
