The program was well organized. The lectures, recordings, and other supplemental materials given by Mr. Shashi guided me in making the study experience easier. Kudos to Mr. Shashi for handling the class with composure. He patiently answer all the questions in the class and never hesitated to share all his knowledge. Rose was responsive and helpful.

Shashi Sir is an excellent trainer, the way he provide the training is absolutely commendable. He makes sure's ever point and every phase of the training is properly understood by everyone in the class. He is doing a great job, keep up the good work. I believe that a wide range of subjects was well addressed during the training. The harmony of the theoretical and practical approaches was appealing. I had the impression that my counselor genuinely cared about how I was feeling. She never failed to provide me with fresh tools and workouts. She assisted me in changing the way I perceived what I was going through and in developing greater emotional and response control. The course was really informative and fascinating. Many employees remarked on how beneficial it was. Mr. Shashi expertly conveys the information.

Learnings from Mr. Shashi have been great. There were many elements of Six Sigma that I was doing wrong, and I am now confident that I can use the learnings from the sessions to improvise myself.

The program with IMC was excellent. It was well-rounded and was full of information. Online self-learning was very helpful to me since I have a very busy schedule due to this pandemic and completion of my master’s degree. The course provides reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, I have easy and accessible references that I can review for future actual applications.
