The training program was scheduled and conducted seamlessly. The trainer was up to Mark and was able to answer all the queries that were raised. A good job is done and I am impressed with the way it was dealt with. The service team is very well organized. Amazing work done.

Excellent program as well as the trainer. I had enrolled for e-learning, where in I had access to the video and I referred to Mr. Shashi's lecture. They were excellent, explaining each concept brilliantly.

Lean Six Sigma has been my guiding principle in my engineering and manufacturing profession. I was trained by my mentors 8 years ago with LSS and practiced it then on during my employment. Getting this official certification for LSS Black Belt is an achievement and milestone and forever I will be grateful especially to my IMC Trainer. It was a struggle completing the course as I have job responsibilities and other milestones being started also. But IMC has been supportive and understanding. So after 3 months I am now Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Program is very clear to its objectives and class collaboration has been really effective. I also got my LSS Green Belt certification from IMC, so for me, it is continuous learning from the IMC Team. Farhan and Sofia are very supportive and understanding.

The program content was very precise and informative. Mr. Pankaj made sure to give examples from various industries making the concept clear. He also ensured that there's participation within the class as the questions being asked were answered clearly that helped us understand the topic more. Ms. Rose was very accommodating and made sure that I am able to enroll hassle free to the program. She also replied to my queries promptly may it be email or viber. The service team are very nice and good. All necessary information regarding the class program were delivered in advance. They are also kind in replying whenever there were queries about the recordings and references.

Trainer Shashi were able to deliver the program very smoothly. He is very knowledgeable and his discussion are easy to follow. Despite the hectic schedule, I was able to follow-up through the recorded sessions which is very helpful. I am very thankful to IMC for this wonderful opportunity that they have given me. As for Ms. Rose, she will always be remembered on how she caters her client. A magnificent quality service. She was able to guide me from the very beginning of my journey till now. The trainer has great knowledge and experience. Everything is great the way he teaches and explains the concepts with real-life examples is exceptional. The program can be a little more challenging. I have got very fast responses whenever I had doubts. So he's been very helpful. It was an awesome experience overall.
