Before this programme I was not a fan of online/ distance learning programs for lean education. IMC convinced me to a great extent and it was really a good program. This program is very useful for beginners to gain their knowledge and the trainer are helpful and always available to clear doubts. Ms. Archi is a very good motivator they guide and give many ideas to grow. The service team is always availed to solve our issues.

The program, though short, is pack with necessary information to learn the fundamentals and the essentials of Lean Six Sigma and also helpful to acquire the LSSGB Certification. The Trainer on the other hand, is very approachable and know how to listen to the trainees as well. He is very generous in sharing what he can to help the trainees. Mr. Farhan is very supportive and respond as early as he can to every relevant queries.
