The program is excellent, not only because it is self-paced but also there are concrete examples given in every topic, and my counselor, Rose de Luna, helped in reminding me to finish the program.

The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Mr. Shashi and Mr. Debasish they have been the best trainer. When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support. Training session was excellent providing deep insights to the course with real life examples and methods. Zeba has been exceptionally cooperative and helpful. She's always available to your needs and never misses to solve any of your problems. I'm glad to have pursued the run through of the course and constant support from her. The training program is very good and I will expect some more lectures to be attended which will be targeted towards more theoretical aspects which will help gain more insights.
