Very informative and interactive training; placed emphasis on how to use concepts on real life examples. Gave confidence to participants by making them aware of the central concepts that are needed to make practical use of the lessons being taught. Helpful and mindful of the time and availability of the participant. very responsive and always ready to help out the participants.

I am one of the lucky ones that got the chance to attend the LSSBB Certification Course. The training was absolutely superb and I genuinely enjoyed each and every moment of it. The Green Belt modules and lectures from IMC are great and articulate. The opportunity to have different trainers for e-learning made the course understandable and clear.
