Mr. Sashi Parkash did an exceptional job in presenting the material. He set up by explaining what he was going to teach us, summarized, and proceeded to teach, providing relevant real life examples. He found out what we handled and catered examples to us to make the Six Sigma Green Belt course meaningful. I appreciate Amina Sana ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. Your active listening skills and empathetic approach made me feel truly heard and validated. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided to me. Your team was very attentive and responsive to my needs, and I felt like my concerns were heard and addressed in a timely manner.

The program content was very precise and informative. Mr. Pankaj made sure to give examples from various industries making the concept clear. He also ensured that there's participation within the class as the questions being asked were answered clearly that helped us understand the topic more. Ms. Rose was very accommodating and made sure that I am able to enroll hassle free to the program. She also replied to my queries promptly may it be email or viber. The service team are very nice and good. All necessary information regarding the class program were delivered in advance. They are also kind in replying whenever there were queries about the recordings and references.

My overall experience with the training is awesome. Glad I had the chance to learn the material at my pace and classroom as well. Looking forward to use my knowledge in our organization or personal life. Trainer PC was really patient all the time. He always make sure that we get the knowledge that we needed. With a sincere heart, I would like to say thank you to Ms. Rose for her guidance all the way. She always check my progress and recommend solutions if I'm having trouble. My Trainer was Mr. Shashi Prakash. Knowledgeable, experienced, professional goes without saying. Along with that during training his passion regarding Lean Six Sigma could be witnessed.
