The trainer good and the length of the lecture was acceptable. The pacing of the lecture is great, especially for those who are just starting their careers with LSS methodology. Service team support is good. I had issues during Mock test enrollment with delayed approval to start. However, final assessment was opened immediately upon request.

Program is very informative and course was not shortcut. Trainer is an expert. Farhan is very supportive and accommodating.

Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

Big thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise in a level that is easy to understand. He is very patient to give a lot of examples especially during times where a certain topic is not easy to digest for most of us. Big thanks to IMC for this great program. I am looking forward to use these knowledge in my career and probably get Black belt certification with IMC in the near future! Rose is very responsive to my concern. Thank you!
