Overall the training was good and speaker was very motivational, Quick answering and good faculty. Faculty is very energetic and keep the entire team awake throughout the session. Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. Thank you Service Team for promptly addressing my concern and even giving me a call to resolve my issue. You guys are so proactive!

The program is very detailed and though the classes are of 3 hours our trainer Miss Akhter never lets us feel bored. She is great and hoping to get more courses from her. Noor is active and very supportive, and the best part was she shared her WhatsApp details because of which communication got a lot easier rather than communicating via email. It is she who motivated me for the Lean Six Sigma certification. The service Team is good.
