It was a wonderful experience since i used the Elearning i can review the materials over and over again if needed they won't revoke your access and you will still be able to review the materials again if suddenly forgot the things you learn, the teacher are great in explaining details and how the DMAIC works. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before.
