Trainer was good. His style is direct to the point and very logical. He will help a lot of LSS aspirants like me. Ms. Shaza is very responsive and easy to deal with. I look forward to dealing with her on the other programs I am interested to take.

Mr. Sashi Parkash did an exceptional job in presenting the material. He set up by explaining what he was going to teach us, summarized, and proceeded to teach, providing relevant real life examples. He found out what we handled and catered examples to us to make the Six Sigma Green Belt course meaningful. I appreciate Amina Sana ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. Your active listening skills and empathetic approach made me feel truly heard and validated. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided to me. Your team was very attentive and responsive to my needs, and I felt like my concerns were heard and addressed in a timely manner.

The program is very good and well managed by IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash is experienced a very brilliant trainer who has explained so nicely by using examples to make us understand more to the subject more. Counsellor Miss Sitara Khan was very supportive and helpful as she always take feedback, cleared all queries and explained in such a way which make me understand better. This was a very immersive and interesting course -- a lot of self-learning to be done on your own to really understand and put together into practice the technology into your own course and workflow. My counselor, Khaleesi listened to me effectively, understood things from my point of view. She is focused on what was important to me. I would like to thank her so much.
