The training was very good and topics were explained in a very lucid manner. Methodology adopted by trainer - whatsapp group, LinkedIn posted questions to understand if the topic has been understood or not was very nice. I would like to thank Sofia Ma'am for helping me out and understanding my concerns during the hour of need and thereby allowing me to complete my training with IMC.

The program helps me a lot in my work, especially in thinking of ways on how to improve our process. Customer support is very commendable, Rose is very accommodating in all of my queries. Trainer from IMC is very excellent too, he gave us examples from his own experiences. I suggest you could give students more comprehensible handouts/modules of the lessons.

The program tried its best to become as comprehensive as possible amidst the challenge of doing it virtually due to the constraints of this pandemic. Appreciate Mr. Shashi who was so dedicated in getting the learners’ queries answered promptly. He also was generous enough to share is massive knowledge on every subject matter. Ms. Kritika and Shaza are amazing counsellors, I also appreciate people who respond quickly and on point. They’re rockstars!

The program is very good and well managed by IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash is experienced a very brilliant trainer who has explained so nicely by using examples to make us understand more to the subject more. Counsellor Miss Sitara Khan was very supportive and helpful as she always take feedback, cleared all queries and explained in such a way which make me understand better. I can only marvel at the military-grade program given to us by a well-equipped trainer throughout our Six Sigma journey. There might have been a lot of quizzes and projects, but those really helped us understand the processes even more through scenario-based training- which was very effective for a kinesthetic learner like me. Rose Ann de Luna is really amazing. I have been inquiring so many times that I couldn't possibly count them all on my fingers, and she never gave up on sharing the best option for me.
