LSSBB, Mr. Debasish, The Trainer was excellent, well informed, engaging, patient, in explaining his previous experience, teaching the programs, step by step. The programs is well prepared, organized and systematic. The methodologies are simple and easy to understand. So, I wish IMC continuous success in providing quality education. Miss ZEBA, and Miss Frexie are very friendly and supportive. Always send me information, schedule of the class, sending reminders, ahead of time. my grade to my councilors are EXCELLENT. Service Team are very friendly, i did not encounter difficulties, the service team will provide you what ever you requested as per the programs.

The program was excellent and was explained in a simple way, The Trainer is really great. Surbhi is an amazing person, she is marvellous, fabulous, and fantastic. I am much lucky to have her as my counsellor. The Service Team was available 24 hours answering each and every time politely.

It is an excellent program which teaches the day to day problem identifications in projects and shows ways to solve those problems. The Trainer is so good in giving out the information to the students, and methodology he makes you understand perfectly. Michelle is an excellent facilitator helping whenever needed. I don't have enough words to thank you but your efforts in helping us through this program is unbelievable. The services were well delivered during the program without any interruption. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program was packed with knowledge and concepts that can definitely be useful for me in managing the continuous improvement program of my current organization. The post-training resources are also available for future reference. This will be favorable for everyone as we cannot just implement or use what we have learned from the program right away. The trainers executed the program well with their given intensive and extensive professional experience. Rose Ann De Luna is very professional- super accommodating and prompt in responding to my requests.

The Trainor are very accommodating and informative. Mr. Pankaj is very accommodating and professional also he is such a amazing person. he is very supportive and always available for us.. The course was very detailed, i can easily study the topics on my own phasing. And the instructors are very accommodating and professional . Michelle Oronan is my counsellor. She never see at clock when we want to talk she is always there. Always encourage us to enhance our knowledge. I want to say her thank you for her efforts and support. Whole team of IMC is very supportive. Service team has done a great job by compiling this latest and elaborate course and provided all recordings and other materials on time.

The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The counselors Shaza, and Vaibhav were always there when i need them. Answered all my questions, made themselves available even on their "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all their help.
