I struggled somehow due to the language barrier, as the Indian facilitator paid a little more attention to their local attendees. Gladly, I was shared other recordings and further materials which I was able to maximize. Thank you for the consideration, IMC! Instructors shared significant experiences that would definitely be useful in actual practice: Rose was very helpful in my Lean Six Sigma journey with IMC. The program is very detailed and updated and I like the time duration of the course especially for us who just do the program part-time. I also like the resources being uploaded online. It is pretty easy to access and is very helpful. I like how the trainers also base their examples or their explanation based on real-world experience. It is very easy for me to understand all the topics.

Mr Shashi is a great communicator and trainer. Much appreciated. Mr. Vipul Sharma is an excellent person and has been very cooperative with my issues and queries and has made me build trust in IMC. It would be great if the course material provided is a short and crisp.

Initially I never wanted to follow the 6 Sigma Green Belt, training but due to constant call from the sales staff i finally acceded, later on i followed the training under one instructor which i was not satisfied, I wanted to drop off from the course, it was Michelle who really encouraged and motivated me to do the training again offering me a free slot with Shashi, the instructor is excellent and he is one of the best i have ever experienced, Michelle was very help full whenever a text message is sent she was very quick to response and provide a very positive answer, because of the people of this caliber I have recommended the institute so many friends and looking forward to study more with your institute, I request the management to make a note of the two good assets your company posses Shashi and Michelle I wish IMC institute all the very best!
