Excellent program and trainer. Rose Ann de Luna is very accommodating, nice, and most especially she rendered the fastest and best quality service beyond my expectations as my counselor. She is an excellent counselor and I recommend her for that.

The trainer Mr. Sashi has excellent knowledge of all lean tools and methodologies. One minor feedback is to ensure all minute details are shared or updated for us to take the test. Sampadha did good work in onboarding. She followed up in due course to see if any assistance is required. Good work. The service Team followed up for any assistance requirements.

Mr.Shashi Prakash Sir is one of the best mentors I have ever had. His teachings are clear, crisp and to the point. Ms.Soumya Verma is indeed a wonderful Counsellor with perfect co-operation and follow-ups. Always lending her helping hand. Overall, a really great experience. I learnt a lot from Mr. Shashi and this course about project management which I feel will truly help me in all my future endeavours. I did not take Greenbelt Training though I have background in Statistical research but Mr. Shashi explained everything like I was taking a Masters Degree in Statistics. Got certified after 10 years in Process Excellence. Rose is very prompt and accommodating.
